This address is not yet live. DNS for the mailbox is still being set up, so mail sent to it will not reach us. We would rather say so than leave a link that quietly drops your message.
Once it is active we will read everything that arrives, and we will prioritise factual corrections over everything else.
What we can help with
- Factual corrections. If a dose, approval date, figure or safety detail on this site is wrong or out of date, please tell us. Include the page and, if you have one, the source showing the correct information. Corrections are the most valuable message we receive.
- Questions about the site itself — how the protein calculator works, where a figure came from, or how we sourced a particular page.
- Broken links, display problems or accessibility issues. Please mention your browser and device so we can reproduce the problem.
- Suggestions for topics you looked for and could not find here.
- Press and general enquiries.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer personal medical questions, and we will not try. We employ no doctor, nurse or pharmacist, and while a dietitian reviews our nutrition content, they are not available for individual consultations through this site — see
our editorial policy. We cannot tell you which medication to take, whether a dose is right for you, whether a symptom you are experiencing is serious, or whether you should start or stop a medication. Those questions need a licensed healthcare provider who can see your medical history.
If you are having a medical emergency, do not email us. Contact your healthcare provider or your local emergency services immediately.
Reporting a side effect
We are not able to receive or forward adverse event reports. If you experience a side effect from a medication, tell your healthcare provider. In the United States you can also report it directly to the FDA through MedWatch, the agency's safety reporting programme. Outside the US, report to your national medicines regulator.
Privacy
When you email us we receive your address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to act on your message, and we do not add you to any mailing list or share it with third parties. See our privacy policy for the full detail. Please do not send us sensitive personal health information — we do not need it to fix a page, and email is not a secure medium for it.
